How We Work

Firstly we arrange an initial, consultation which lasts approximately one hour. The consultation enables us to find out more about you and any initial ideas or thoughts you already have about your occasion. This allows us to then develop further any potential themes, ideas and colour schemes. To arrange a consultation click here

We then discuss exactly how much involvement you require us to have. You may want us to organise all of your occasion or perhaps there are only a few suppliers you require our help with sourcing. However much involvement you require we can tailor a package to suit your exact requirements.

We will also discuss your overall budget for the occasion and help you allocate this to allow maximum value for money.

We work by acting as introducers of suppliers and will provide shortlists of suppliers who meet your requirements and will make appointments on your behalf to aide your final decisions. You then choose your preferred supplier and enter into agreements directly with them. We will also agree how and when you would like to be contacted with your supplier shortlists.

We aim to get you discounts from suppliers due to our larger buying power and repeat business.
